Overview

droptomd is a free PDF-to-Markdown conversion tool. We take your privacy seriously and have designed the service to collect as little data as possible.

Files you upload

When you upload a PDF, it is sent to our server solely to perform the conversion. Once the Markdown is returned to your browser:

• The uploaded file is immediately deleted from the server.
• The converted Markdown is not stored or logged.
• No copy of your file or its contents is retained.

Data we collect

We do not collect personal information. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. Standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) may be retained briefly for security and debugging purposes and are not shared with third parties.

Third-party services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log requests for these resources according to their own privacy policy. No other third-party scripts are loaded.
